Job duties and responsibilitiesPre-Acquisition Analytics framework Developing a Customer Funnel Management Framework by implementing clickstream and path analyses Web and Mobile data analytics framework to develop alternate creditworthiness evaluation algorithms Demographic / Behavioral / Value based segmentation of both Existing & Prospect Customer data along with Propensity and Offer frameworkAcquisition Analytics Credit & Risk Policy Scorecards, such as Application, Behavioral & Fraud scorecards, basis bureau, digital & social data. Real time underwriting decision models ML (classification, clustering, SVM, Feature extraction, PCA, etc)Repayment & Collections Pre-delinquency Analytics along with Early Warning systems Probability of Bounce & Default framework Customers payment channel preference along with payment pattern modelsService Analytics Framework Interaction analytics along with Early Warning & Predictive service call framework Customers channel and product preference Framework for measurement of Customer loyalty by creation of an indexPortfolio BI Business portfolio cost & pricing Scorecard Mentor a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers to focus on a variety of data analytics and modeling problems Ensure Analytics & BI projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards Ensure that team meets the reporting and analytical needs of the business users Basic qualificationsProfessional Experience Bachelors or Masters in Statistics/Economics/Technology Quantitative analysis within financial sector (retail preferred) Data analysis and experiments, A/B testing, anomaly and pattern discovery on large structured and unstructured datasets and Big data Hands on experience of Large scale structured and unstructured data processing At least one experiment, hands on Deep learning platform (Alchemy, Watson, Kinesis, AzureML, Ability to build models (Logistic regression/Time series), develop scorecards, use CART/CHAID technique using SAS or SPSS or RPersonal Attributes Agile, learns fast and adapts to new situations quickly Come up with rapid prototyping Strong problem solving skills Maintain high energy for extended periods of time
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
