Job PurposeThis position is created to realize the organization ambition of building a robust Business Intelligence and Campaign Management function that would enable execution of customer analytics and monitoring across various dimensions/metrices. The role will involve- Ownership of the horizontal application and platform capabilities including Datamart, De-dupe, Campaign Management Systems etc.- Ensure Single Version Of Truth across organization by standardizing definitions of metrics across businesses- Digitize process to obviate probability of manual error. Deliver efficiencies through automation.- Creation of customer masterfile for customer insight mapping and its usage in CRM initiatives- Create, execute, and monitor end-to-end campaign and its performance.This candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various business and functional stakeholders on BI & Campaign initiatives. He / She should have a- Strong data and technology orientation- Act as an expert in the area of data management and workflow optimization.- Understand efficient ways of process design that should stand the test of timeKey Responsibilities- Lead the overall BI & Campaign team- Lead efforts on creating applications and platforms as strategic and horizontal capabilities for the company- Ensure successful execution of internal as well external MIS requirements. Also deliver on execution of multiple campaigns across Risk and MKT Analytics programs- Establish Single Version of Truth through standardization of definitions across metrics and businesses- Liaison with data and other IT partners for development of new applications/platforms to deliver on automation and horizontal capabilities- Liaison with business heads to ensure effective delivery of plans related to BI and Campaigns- Interface with cross functional teams to ensure timely deployment of key programs and campaigns. Set up tracking to measure benefits from these campaigns- Work with IT to build the functional System of Records that will enable seamless campaign operations, easy data access for BI and other requirements- Work with multiple stakeholders across technology, business, compliance etc. to understand BI and Campaign related requirements and ensure seamless delivery.Key Collaboration Points- A qualified candidate needs to be able to work with cross functional teams- Ability to work effectively across portfolio teams and functional areas teams - Strong influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and task without compromising quality.- Ability to deliver timely results in a fast paced environment. Basic qualifications- The candidate should have experience in managing and working with large datasets.- Should have understanding of data storage and DWH architecture.- Should have experience in working with different DB query tools like SQL, SAS, R etc.- Should be comfortable with automation tools and web based BI delivery tools.- Should have a numerate bent of mind- Must possess good analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills.- The candidates should be able to understand and identify patterns from small sample set- Should have 10+ years of prior experience in relevant roles, preferably in financial services in the area of BI and Campaign Management
