Review and understand existing Card processes to identify functional requirements to eliminate waste, improve controllership and deliver flexibility Identify operations processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, calculate trade-offs, costs, and suggest a recommended course of action by identifying modifications to the new/existing process Project Management of new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions Responsible for delivering process reengineering projects in operations processes across Card Businesses by closely working with the relevant business and operations units. Responsible for documention to train all stakeholders on any changes Basic qualifications MBA/Post Graduate Degree 8+ years experience in lending business with 3+ years in Card Operations Minimum A rating in last 2 years Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo. High degree of passion and self-belief. Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. Should possess the below skill sets- Team Management Skills- Relationship Management skills- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Negotiation Skills & influencing skills- Analytical & Problem Solving skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
