Job Details

Design Functional Learning and Development strategy in line with business & functional strategy and create an execution road map. Partner with business and functions to identify capabilities required for current as well as future roles across levels. To create and execute an effective knowledge and skills development curriculum which supports the short, medium and long term business goals. To make a sustainable model of development for these knowledge and skills. Drive and influence leadership for engagement, buy-in and create visibility for all domain/functional L&D initiatives among stakeholders and relevant employee constituency. Build a partner network and internal training capabilities to plan and execute the curriculum requirements Develop KPIs and review achievement against deliverables for the Functional Training vertical. Establish and maintain a certification model in order to create a learning staircase for BFL employees. Link this to career pathing process in the organization. Establish and maintain a training assessment system to evaluate the effectiveness of learning outcomes as per business needs. Oversee continuous learning and upgradation approach for Functional Schools Create an alignment with the overall Group Learning Academy processes and initiatives as required. Basic qualificationsWith the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities? Ability to lead a project from conceptualization to planning to execution? Ability to lead and manage functional knowledge and skills development ? Demonstrated capacity to develop and manage interpersonal relationships with stakeholders and establish effective relationships? Ability to manage partners in a transparent and productive way? Capacity for managing dynamic ? Capacity for being accountable for the outcomes based performance of the area of responsibilityThe candidate should possess more than 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate would have experience in BFSI industry with a mix of line and learning & development experience. The position will require problem solving, analytical and networking skills
