Lead efforts on providing technology and applications solutions for the Function Lead the overall Collections System Enhancements team Ownership of the Collections applications and platform capabilities including Collections Systems. Support Collections team in strategy execution with system configurations as per requirements. Identify, evaluate, and implement new system platforms collections campaigns. Liaison with core Technology and other IT team for timely developments and implementation of new applications/platforms Liaison with IT team for timely delivery of collection enhancements in existing platforms Interface with cross functional teams to ensure timely deployment of change management with respect to collection systems. Work with multiple stakeholders across technology, business intelligence, Call Centre, etc. to understand system performance trends and further requirements and ensure seamless delivery. Responsible for coordinating with various business and functional stakeholders on Collection Platforms.- Strong data and technology orientation- Act as an expert in the area of System Management and workflows.- In depth understanding of collection function and functional requirement in terms of technology / systems- Able to take initiatives in developing solutions for business requirements Basic qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate with approx. 8 to 10 year s work experience Experience in managing Core platforms with complex workflows and huge user base Solution oriented, problem solving approach Must possess good analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Good Communication and Leadership Skills Should have 8 to 10 years of prior experience in relevant roles, preferably in financial services in the area of System development / system management Should have understanding of EPR and other platforms. Should have experience in working with different DB Tools and ability to query database.Required Key Strengths A qualified candidate needs to be able to work with cross functional teams Ability to work effectively across portfolio teams and functional areas teams Strong influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and task without compromising quality Ability to deliver timely results in a fast paced environment
