National Manager- Large Projects Public Segment

Responsible for driving large and integrated projects in the Public Segment in India with emphasis on growing Share, Revenue and Profitability of the Public segment in India for Lenovo range of products in PC, Tablet and DCG Business lines. Individual Contributor role.2. Drive proactive engagement with end customers, Systems Integrators, Non- Traditional Partners, Consultants and OEM Partners and Distributors to significantly increase Lenovo Share of Bids & wallet in all the large opportunities in the region.3. Ensure full compliance to the company s Standards of Business Conduct in the Region. Drive Business with High Integrity.4. Lead from front Lenovos strong Participation and wins in Large Deals in the Digital India programme & Smart City mission of the Government of India.5. Ensure adherence to company processes and effective progression in Opportunity Pipeline management system.6. Improve the Customer Satisfaction levels and propel mutually beneficial engagement with Business Partners.Position Requirements1. Total Experience 13-16 years in Sales with at least 8 most recent years in Government sales (Central/ State and PSUs).2. Education At least a Graduate. Engineering graduate/ MBA preferred3. Excellent Team Player. Should have strong exposure on working with extended teams in the organisation.4. High on Integrity & track record5. Strong track record of Target Achievement.6. High on passion and ambition7. Strong engagement track record with Government customers. Should have built professional relationships with Senior officers in Central / State Government & PSUs.8. Mix of experience preferred in Key Account management and Working with Partners, Systems Integrators and Consultants9. Experience in Solutions sales/ Servers / Storage/ Enterprise Software.10. Should have managed in his past experience at least one Integrated opportunities comprising Server, Storage, PC, Services
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
