Job duties and responsibilitiesCAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT AND GO TO MARKET PLANNING AND EXECUTION Prepare all campaign briefs and GTM and related marketing activity plans for the above said business. This will be done in conjunction with the respective COEs Drive all digital initiatives for the above PERFORMANCE MONITORING Monitor performance of all initiatives, course correct and report output. This will be done using the BI COE within the function Drive key metrics across the various campaigns and initiatives Monitor business KPIs and the impact of digital marketing interventionsACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Key contact in marketing for businesses driving attribution initiatives Liaison with business to define and drive key campaigns and initiatives to support business objectives Manage all incoming traffic from business in terms of briefs, initiatives, action planning and alike Liaison with various centers of excellence within the function to execute the above campaignsKEY METRICS Business KPIsCampaign performance Open rates and CTR (click through rates) and consequent offtake Activity rates and attribution to offtakeCTA (call to action) efficiencies and attribution to offtake Spends efficiencies Execution efficiency (TATs and delivery)Daily dashboard on performance and offtake Basic qualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLSProgram management Understanding of digital highways and digital mediaAccount management APTITUDETeam management and indirect influence Speed and agilityManage change and ambiguity EXPERIENCEAccount management in a digital agency or Marketing Manager is a digital savvy / payments company E-commerce/ Payments products experience is a significant plus Exposure to P&L management is a must 6-8 years experience
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
