Job Details

Create detailed business plan for launch of the business in defined timelines working with support functions & Sales Finance teams for product policy, risk policy, operational processes, system development etc. Create new spend categories for launching Retail EMI cards. Conceptualise new spend categories and build a road map to deliver the same end to end including partnerships, commercials and process Engage in analysis relating to profitability, delinquency, and viability of all Retail EMI card spends on new categories as well as on Sales finance products to support decision making Enhance customer engagement through merchandising offers and direct marketing campaigns Monitor and optimize customer attrition Design and monitor customer experience framework for Retail EMI cards customers Monitor and improve customer line for EMI cards Understand segment behavior within Retail EMI cards in force. Decide and action on segments to optimize profitability using the learning s of CD EMI Cards Add new features on Retail EMI card like Mobile transactions to enable mobile app based transactions Deploy customer Loyalty framework and execute in co-ordination with Loyalty team Monitor and optimize card transaction process. Reduce holds and error message Create roadmap for plastic less experience on EMI cards - from carding to transaction. Work with cross sell analytics team to create customer lifecycle for segments of EMI card customer for spends Execute on customer lifecycle plan Monitor & optimize customer lifecycle for large segments of customers Develop robust communication process with customers to create sales as well as customer engagement Design and execute national level promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and other projects like loyalty, etc Designing systems and matrices to enhance overall productivity and profitability Coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales, Risk, and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of the EMI card business Basic qualifications? Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree with 8-10 years of work experience? Prior experience in a product role in the Financial Services / credit card Industry would be an added advantage? Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills? Excellent team management & interpersonal skills? Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self starter
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
