Job Description1. Building Relationship with Senior Managers in the banks pan India and RBI. and influencing the Bank Departments in accepting our solutions.2. To achieve the banking product verticals targeted sales and profit margin product wise on monthly and quarterly basis.3. Target setting for branches for each product segment i.e Cash Management and Cheque Processing products based on the current market situation and future changes foreseen.4. Identify potential purchases by banks through tender processing in advance to ensure Koress eligibility to participate.5. To Develop a team of Account Managers and sales persons with competencies in handling independently the major accounts. 6. To Create and implement direct sales strategies to lead the Account Managers and sales personnel through the Branch Heads.7. To organize sales / product training for sales team, motivate, undertake joint customer calls.8. He will be responsible for Reporting and forecasting through close monitoring of the sales activities conducted at the branches, prospect building, execution of orders, collation of documents at branches to ensure collection of payments on time.9. He should maintain and update market information relating to competition / trends to adjust sales strategies.10. he should maintain optimum stock levels to avoid cost overruns and reordering on timely basis.
