Taking ownership for entire sales lifecycle from Leads to Closure, determine and execute appropriate sales strategies for the Company sDWH & BI Practice in accordance with the Companys consolidated strategy and required financial and operational targetsDetermine critical success factors for new client acquisition, negotiate and close business to ensure that Country Sales targets are achievedMeeting the national sales targets in the defined market and business segments (DWH & BI Practice) Managing the companys DWH& BI Practice existing key accounts and mining the accounts for growth including cross sell and up sellIdentify new business development opportunities for theDWH & BI Practice through ensuring a healthy pipeline / funnel of prospectsManage the preparation of the budgets, reports, forecasts and performance and ensure they are presented in a timely mannerEnsure the continued development of the Companys DWH& BI Practice client base by actively managing the expansion of products and services into new markets in line with the company s ambitionsEnsure that regular and relevant communication is made with potential clients across each of the markets in which the Company provides its products and servicesCoordinate with marketing resources for campaigns, events and collaterals to supportDWH & BI Practice sales activities and plansWillingness to travel as needed to generate business both within India and abroad.Managing relationship with PrincipalsDesired Candidate ProfileBE / MBAwith 8 to 12 years of experience out of which 5 years of experience in the recent years in Corporate SalesHands on Sales experience preferably in international markets for Software Services / ERPor packaged applications and Solutions.In recent years should have some managerial experience in terms of leading a small teamMust be self-driven and proactive should be able to own deliverables and commitments and need minimal supervision.Must have high levels of integrity and should be the kind who builds trust based relationships with prospects and customersShould be knowledgeably about the products and services he or she sells and be able to sell value to clients.Must have good knowledge of competitor products and servicesMust bring solid sales skills opportunity creation, negotiation and closure, objection handling, etc. and familiarity in managing Sales funnel and pipelineMust have the stature and confidence to interact directly with CXO s (CEO,COO, CFO,CPO andCMO in particular) of medium to large enterprises and build trust and confidence with them.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
