Lead the sales organisation in achieving the growth target for the school bags business Develop and implement sales strategies in line with the aggressive annual business plan Set up and develop distribution infrastructure across new geographieso Channel Expansions for market coverage through Channel partner acquisition , retention &developmento Planning and implementing GTM for Modern trade, general trade, stationery/school channel Design and implement Channel/Field marketing plans to complement the sales and distribution plans Ensure & monitor efficiency and efficacy of sales process with actual on ground execution Understanding seasonality, planning for seasonality and strong execution during school season would be acritical success factor Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy in building sales plans Team identification and building to be specified by SAFARIo Set appropriate targets for key employees and motivate them to achieve the sameo Lead and inspire individuals through passion, commitment levels and synergies across functionso Identify and groom and mentor few set of identified high performers for higher challengesWork Skills Demonstrated ability to understand business and its challenges Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
