Key Result Areas / Work responsibilities Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coachingCounselling employees in assigned depots/regions/HQs; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraisingReviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.Achieves sales objectives by contributing national sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity and quality customer-service standardsResolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change.Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget;Scheduling expenditures; analysing variances & initiating corrective actions.Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan for the country/ zones/ depots/ HQs in support of business objectives.Maintains/appoints and expands distributor base by counselling ZSMs/ RSMs/ ABMs/ territory salesofficers/in-charge; Building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changesSurveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Responsible for P&L of the OTC division & analysis of depot wise P&L monthly & sharing the data with GM Competencies/ Skills/ Requirements Passionate, Committed, results driven, should be able to handle pressure, must be able to handle a team & must be a team player,Must have good working knowledge of computers. Good negotiator, self-motivated, Territory Management.Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Sales Planning & Managing Profitability.
