Training AOP Design/ Develop & execute. Training need identification, Analysis, making annual training plan, Customisation of training plan, calendarisation, resource (people & budget) allocationSetting and following Training processes Developing customized training solutions, Developing culture of learning and development, Setting clear Objective of training program, Defining training outcome, following training outcome metrics, course correction.Training & developing team of BTMs - Identify specific development need of business training managers- training & coaching them, create an engaged and passionate team, develop growth opportunities for them, selection and retention of BTMReturn on training investments- Able to understand key drivers of business- must to do / good to do training / business impact of training activities & return on training investmentManagerial Programs- Will have to design / conduct Managerial workshops like ABM Induction/ Enhance/ ABM-Certification etcStrategic role- Need to be sensitive to changing business /market scenario. Set vision for the role, bring newness and creative solutions in training and development.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
