As a New Business Associate (Inside Sales / Lead Generation) you will report directly to the Director of Worldwide New Business Marketing and will work closely with the rest of the sales & marketing teams. You will be provided with training and developments plans to ensure they grow into competent sales professionals within the organisation. Your responsibilities include the followingQualify and manage new leads in order to generate new business opportunities for the Indian market by calling prospect data produced by the marketing department.Make between 70 and 90 calls per day with at least 1 opportunity identified a day, talking to IT decision makers about email and web security.Show web based demonstrations to prospects and help run scheduled WebinarsUse (CRMtool) and sales techniques (such as SPINand SCOTSMAN) to qualify opportunities that count towards individual targetsResponsible and accountable for achieving your own targets, as well as supporting the team targets.React quickly to sales and marketing needsNew business prospecting/cold calling driving, qualifying and managing new business leads from marketing conception through to sales.Lead management and qualification provide campaign support and lead follow up for all marketing projects as defined by regional marketing managers in the region.Data mining ensure the data is cleaned, managed and maintained up to date inCRM system.Own lead management, analysis and reporting for the region.Desired ProfileGraduate / Post Graduate with experience in IT SalesPreferred experience of cold calling, lead generation and / or IT securityExcellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office, Excel, PowerPointStrong verbal skillsAbility to initiate and follow-through and sales conversation with IT professionalsYou will be targeted on generated opportunities based on the number of users as well as hitting individual objectives set by the management team.Should be able to react quickly to sales and marketing needs.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
