A minimum of 8 years of Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent experience working on process redesign and continuous improvement programs.Experience in service operations, preferably contact centers or high-volume transaction processing operations. Experience with technical support operations (NOC, Data Center, Help Desk) is a plus.Significant experience writing detailed system specifications. Expertise with User Stories and Agile development is strongly preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with various audiences; mature, confident, assertive communication style.Experience managing and motivating small teams.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment; willingness to make changes or adapt as the situation dictates.Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.Job DescriptionLead and develop a team of 3 4 experts in Continuum s NOC operations.Map out and measure new and existing processes.Analyze operational data to spot patterns and improvement opportunities.Reengineer existing processes and design new processes to dramatically improve productivity, quality and service, ensuring appropriate stakeholder input and buy-in.Identify creative ways to leverage information technology to achieve or support these objectives.Build quantified business cases to justify new investments.Write User Stories and other specifications and work closely with Continuum s engineering team to implement the desired functionality.Work across teams to ensure system changes are fully tested and achieve expected results.Support process and system implementation through appropriate documentation and contribution to training material.Implement KPI measurement/reporting and continuous improvement programs.Desired Skills(Lean) Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred.Training in Agile development strongly preferred.ITIL certifications a plus.Strong customer service orientation.Passion for analyzing problems designing creative solutions in the form of process design and automation, driving continuous performance improvement.Comfortable with and effective using MS Office applications including Visio.Close attention to detail and accuracy.Deadline driven and results oriented.Flexible attitude and ability to interact with a diverse user community and changing environment; comfortable with and excited about being part of the driving force behind change management
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
