Manufacturing Tie-ups (Private Cars)v To manage client relation in manufacture tie-upv Identification of new OEM tie ups in marketv Monthly meeting on development and performance of the programv Regular reviews with insurers/ dealers & OEMsTargetv To meet out top line targets of 60 Cr revenue from manufacture tie-upv To meet bottom line targets of 15 Cr revenueNew Businessv New business acquisition by ensuring dealer to work within the programs and give the maximum penetrationv Activation of inactive dealers & to prepare strategies to improve penetration of low performing dealers across the countryv To get 100% dealer active and divert maximum business through the programs.v Solicitation through call centre or POSRenewal Businessv Retention of customer is always a major challenge, target to get the higher conversion ratio.v Allocate targets & to provide training to BMs, RMs & dealers to achieve higher retention ratiov Focus on manufacturing year wise tracking of retention business.v To prepare strategies to improve retention ratio which can help dealers in higher conversion.v Analyze each and every aspects related to retention like model, discount, demographic etc. to achieve maximum retention possible.v Acquiring renewal business through tele calling set upReward & Recognition Programv Designing reward and recognition program for the dealers for their contribution in the growth of the program.New Business acquisitionv To give value addition to the business by acquiring new tie ups in the field of o Manufacturing tie-upso Sale of insurance to employees of corporateo Non-banking financial institutions and o Generation of business through cross sell of inter-vertical & group productsProduct Development Productv Continuous approach to develop innovative ideas for the program for the upgrade and unique product.v To be in constant touch with all the entities of the program to understand the future development.v Market analysis and hygiene practices to make the program compliant and be in growing stage continuously.Manpower Planning Manpower Planningv Job allocation and manpower planning to achieve best outcomev Training and induction to manpower to get focused approached towards businessv Grooming of manpower for higher responsibility.Individual & Team productivityv Performance of individual and team to be analyzed to form a good and healthy team structure for maximum productivityv Team building exercise to be conducted on frequent basisv Regular guidance & support to the teamv To follow 3M philosophy i. e. Mentoring, Motivating & MonitoringFunctioning of central support systemv Establish a proper support system for Manufacturing tie upsv To ensure the quick response for customer / dealers queries centrally to provide effective services.v To coordinate other support functions within the organizationProcess Development Functioning of Branchv Managing multiple manufacturing tie-ups, improve efficiency of Central support system for key accountable tie-up. v Achieve branch targeted revenue and to take assurance of IRDA compliance & Guidance.ACH Payment & CMS processv New process to be implemented for streamlining of Payment process of policiesv Safe, secure and centralized method of processingv Complete assurance of error free transactions for all the dealers PAN IndiaAnalytics Identifications of key Insurersv Identification of requirement of product and insurer providing that product.v To keep close watch in the market scenario to maintain and monitor compliance and hygiene.v For new product development and availability by all the preferred partners.Visibility Branding & Marketingv To work on visibility of the program and product.v To be in touch with the marketing team and develop innovative ideas to increase business opportunities.v To check and provide sufficient materials as per requirement to the dealers for business enhancement.Training Trainingv To give timely training to all the associated entities of the program.v To define and arrange training modules for the dealers, RMs, and preferred insurance companies after any upgrade or changes in the program.
