Resiliency Communications as a Service Offering Manager.Expert in Crisis communications and the management of a Cloud/as a Service offering. Good partnership skills with vendor provider.Experienced in IBM Offering Management and IBM Design Thinking. MANAGEMENT OFThis includes improvements needed within delivery for higher client experience ratings. Bring the offering enhancements to market on time and within budget.Utilize Continuous Offering Development Processes executing efficiently and consistently.What youll do Drive offering specific M&A with Infrastructure Service LoB.Define & execute on the Portfolio roadmap; innovate and ensure synergy across the Service Line and IBM.Build construct for all offering costs for Offering business case and for pre-concepts and proof of concepts.Communicate to Service Line Engineering.Design all offerings with a competitive price point target making certain the costs are in line with that price point.Ensure there is a strong value proposition and strong barriers to entry.Drive the adoption of the offering globally in the IOTs resulting in Opportunity Identification/pipeline.Collaborate with Marketing and the BP channel team to drive an efficient and effective RTM model. its markets, including competitors.How we ll help you growYoull have access to all the technical and management training courses you need to become the expert you want to be.You ll learn directly from expert developers in the field; our team leads love to mentor.You have the opportunity to work in many different areas to figure out what really excites you.QualificationsAccountability for the offering from launch through end of life taking aggressive actions to gain share and improve ROI.
