Pricingo Provide competitive analysis to map out list price as well as competitive bid price to the regions.o Provide pricing for specific customer requirements. Marketing Supporto Ensure distribution of supporting documents and updates are completed for all product launches.o Maintain and update services descriptions and Terms & Conditions documents.o Review Services content in product guide / hardware collateralo Develop and prepare Services content for web, training and webinars.o Localize marketing collaterals from Worldwide and create materials for new Services offerings.o Provide support for regular internal sales and external partner communications. Planningo Develop quarterly & annual financial plans for specific offerings via market analysis & recommendations.o Work with finance and marketing teams to ensure recommendations are translated to actionable plans. Tactical Executiono Proactively conduct market & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, provide insightful & actionable outputs across offerings, markets & competitors.o Provide competitive analysis on an ad-hoc basis, including product positioning / SWOT analysis.o Deliver Subject Matter Expert support to the region sales and marketing teams on both Services offering and Terms & Conditions.o Provide monthly/quarterly Services offering roadmap and pricing updates.o Manage Physical Pack operations and liaise with vendor. Superior Teamworko Provide a tight interlock with Service Delivery, Sales and Marketing teams. Business Management Systemo Proactively develop and improve the Services offering and registration processes. Superior verbal and written communication skills ability to recognize challenges, and communicate quickly and effectively. Creativity and marketing flair. Excellent organisational skills must be a self-starter who has experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, passion for start-up like environment. Ability to build effective virtual teams and drive results via others in a complex cross-functional organisation. Strong knowledge of PC technology, keen focus on market trends and customer needs with exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Commitment and ownership of role. Critical thinker (solving the right problem). Energetic and passionate to perform. Proven ability to build turn disorder into highly repeatable processes. Region Services Business Development Managers (BDM) Services Delivery Team Marketing and 4P (both Services and Hardware Segments) Worldwide Services Product Management Team Achievement of Revenue and PTI targets. Accuracy of SAP, Services Price List, Warranty Matrix or similar, Lenovo QuickPick and any other communication regarding Services offering portfolio. Accuracy of internal and external information and material. Timely responses to enquiries. Any other metrics that may be identified by the Manager AP Product Marketing.AP Product Manager or Region Services Business Development Manager.Position RequirementsEssential Requirements Minimum of 7-8 years experience and proven track record in regional product marketing, preferably in IT. Sales and operations experience within a Services environment would be ideal. A diploma or degree, preferably in business management, marketing and/or finance would be highly regarded. Energetic/passionate committed to perform and work in a start-up type environment (meaning - everything not defined and laid out in a nice clean statement)
