Participate in performance assessments and data collection operations Develop ToRs for assessments and evaluations and participate in the real time project evaluations. Organize logistics for the evaluators to undertake field based evaluation of the project(/s). Track the completion of the evaluation as per the agreed TOR and disseminate findings. Develop concept notes/ proposals based on the findings of monitoring and evaluation of projects. SYSTEMS & TRACKING OF PROGRAM MONITORING Track, record and report physical progress against the implementation plans in consultation with the project team. Provide technical assistance to the HQ teams in developing project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework and detailed implementation plan aligned to the knowledge management, impact measurement and learning Hold review/discussion with project team/ implementing agency to identify the feasibility of the M&E format implementation and introduce appropriate modification, if required. Review monitoring reports to assess interim impact and to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation. Identify the need and draw up the TOR for specific studies required for evaluating project effects and impacts. Further guide, supervisor and ensure completion of assigned tasks by contracted organizations to achieve this purpose.REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION Collecting, compiling and analyzing reports of the assigned implementating agencies/ geographies and preparing consolidated progress report for project management in accordance with the approved reporting formats. To report the Monitoring Operations Team Lead on progress vis- -vis planned activities and expected outputs of the project. Monthly progress reports and timely reporting. Undertake regular visits to the field, evaluate project performance and disseminate them as appropriate in consultation with the team lead.
