Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based) for specific global recruitment assignments Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, from Graduate and summer internship program to specific Recruitment Liaise with Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for each recruitment assignment Candidate research and database mining Working on Monthly/ weekly recruitment reports and dashboards Managing daily queries coming from global teams Handling reference checks for global new hires Working on applicant management system and managing applications inflow Required Qualifications,Skills, Knowledge, Experience Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication skills oral and written Attention to detail in all aspects for work Basic Insurance Knowledge desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Word & Excel using various functions. Ability to learn and grasp new processes and systems. Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work within stiff timelines. Willing to work in Rotational Day shifts/Night Shift Strong team player Ability to analyses and report accurately Excellent project management skillsEducation SpecificationDegree qualified a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial Graduate with good Academic track record. MBA fresher and candidates from IT background need not apply Total experience of 4 years with minimum of 2 years international recruitment experience, preferably within an international environment Fluency in English a pre-requisite.
