Responsible for maximizing the volume of transactions on the website, supporting enhancements to online advertising products, and supporting development of new online advertising products.Identify and develop enhancements to the website that lead to improved conversion rates and increases in advertising product performance through enhancements and new product development.Continuously analyzeICOA performance, develop strategies to increase the conversion rate and usability of the website, and manage the design and implementation efforts in coordination with UI and Technology agency and teams.Identify and evaluate business opportunities for new online advertising products. * Research markets and competitors, gather sales input and customer needs, develop business cases and build financial models. Identify barriers to adoption and how to overcome them with product modifications.Help identify and assess new online product opportunities, develop plans to maximize the value of the opportunities, and execute through leadership of cross-functional teams.Develop & manage analytical reporting including key performance metrics, dashboards, customer analysis and competitive benchmarkingDesign and analyze tests to measure impact of marketing, email outreach, promotions andSEO/SEM Translate data-based insights into actionable business recommendationsDesired Candidate ProfileMBA with 5 to 8 years of experience within a fast paced e-commerce or website production group/organizationExposure to the following products is advantageous Directories, Product Catalogues, Search technologies, Matchmaking and Networking, Management, Data Capture and Registration.Experience with online business models, strategies and products including online advertising, email marketing, mobile, and database-driven website technologies and architecture.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
