(Only Female).Total Experience 5+yrsLocation- Airoli/BKCQualification GraduateAge Criteria upto 40 ageExceptionally well spoken and good personality.Only female candidates.JDMain ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.Organize and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for business meetings, reviews, con-calls, interviews, events and thus making necessary arrangements for its smooth transitioning.Act as a liaison, maintain open lines of communication among Sr. executives, board members, middle mgmt and admin staff.Communicate CEO instructions to various individuals and/or departments, furnish and obtain information/reports from them.Efficiently coordinate a list of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, insurance, visa, forex and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Establish and maintain confidential records, replenish stationery and arrange for the efficient operation of office equipment to ensure that the CEO can function effectively and efficiently.Receive and screen telephone calls, emails, letters, and visitors, answer routine questions and furnish information as necessary.Continuous updating of database (visiting cards, MIS)Arrange car parks for CEO's guests.Magazine subscription annuallyReceive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messagesPPT presentation if any for the official meetingsDrafting mails for the official communicationOther Related Responsibilities Payment of CEO's bills (personal) and loansProcessing reimbursements on monthly basis, i.e mobile, Car & medicalEnsure smooth processing of IT returnsTake care of personal investments if any, that follows processing, timely payment of the same & keep a track of the same.Intgerested candidates kindly revert with updated CV, Thanks and Regards,DipaliVConsult-HR
