It would begin with the words "The purpose of the job is ..."The purpose of the job is to perform quality control audits onMortgage Origination processesCredit origination & Maintenance processes.Quality Control Specialist will review loans as against set procedures and communicate audit results to responsible parties and manage errors corrected thereafter.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND % TIME This is a high level summary of the key performance areas. When completing this exercise it may be useful to start with a list of tasks that are then grouped together into key areas of responsibility.As a rule of thumb you should be able to identify between 4-6 key performance areas for the job.The key performance areas would be short headings for these clusters of tasks.It is useful to list these in order of importance, to assist you in creating the framework and overall direction of the job1) Achieve daily production targets on a consistent basis and turnaround Priority reviews within the stipulated timelines.2) Maintain over 99.5% internal and 100% external accuracy on a consistent basis.3) Get cross-trained and work on multiple processes.4) Maintain high hygiene standards and follow all process controls with no lapses.5) Assist in data collection / report preparation/ MIS on various metrics.6) Identify & escalate issues on assigned reviews and escalate exceptions, procedure gaps to team leader or supervisor in a timely manner.7) Interact with different stakeholder to resolve process issues and play key role in adding process controls.8) Processing/ Production -90% of the daily productive time, 10% - Non BAU activities, Business initiatives, process reporting, process trainings/ huddlesM REQUIREMENTS Minimum qualifications specify the minimum qualifications required to do the job and do not indicate desirable qualifications.Bachelor s degree in Commerce or Science Minimum experience should indicate the minimum experience required to do the job. It should not indicate experience required to fully perform the job.3 to 5 years of experience preferably in US Mortgage Originations. Key competencies must indicate competencies essential to do the job.o Coordination and Team worko Time Managemento Quick Grasping and Retentiono Flexibility & Adaptability to changes.o Willingness to work in US & EMEA shifts. o Exception Handling & Subject Matter Expertise.
