Must be committed to providing excellent customer service,Should be flexible and adaptable to change when required.Strong problem solving skills are required.Good knowledge of international and domestic destinations and hotels.Good written and oral communication.Job DescriptionHandling all reservation calls, sending the reservation voucher, replying to the mailsHandling of operations for inbound tours.Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking.Providing Support to Sales staff by providing all the data (quotations etc.) to them.Error free updation of the bookings made on the system Coordinating with the central operations team.Managing suppliers and effectively communicating with them.Coordinating with the accounts department for payments / remittances.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
