Job Details

Renewal Forecasts and Quarterly Renewal Collections of Rediffmailpro Customers. Anticipate Customer issues, Co ordinate with Support team for timely resolution and ensure maximum retention by managing strong relationship. Follow up on Pre Sales requirement and provide regular updates including administrative support to the Rediffmailpro customers and Sales force Compile data and prepare reports including complex documents / graphics as required Establish and maintain positive communication links with the Rediffmailpro Customers Implement and consistently improve operational practices and procedures assigned Facilitate the Order Processing and approval of Purchase Orders Ensure Purchase Order records are kept in accordance with company policies and standard practices Ensure immediate Business Partner Commission claims processing and cheques are processed & released in a timely manner Work and follow up aggressively on the other duties as assignedQualifications / Experience Bachelors degree in any stream At least 2yrs experience of Pre-Sales & Customer Support specific to web technologies Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member Ability to determine appropriate priorities and be self-directed Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast work pace, managing multiple priorities simultaneously often under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to achieve results in the absence of overt guidance is expected
