Requirementsexperience preferably in Food service. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.Ability to motivate and build teamwork. Strong communications skills.Customer Service Orientation. Core ResponsibilitiesControl day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team. Control Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action.Recruit, interview and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals, motivate and train. Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility and surrounding area.Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
