This position will be a part of the India Strategy Operations team in Intel India reporting to Intel India Business Operations Manager. The role will involve owning and driving cross group programs across multiple business enabling teams to support the priorities for Intel India. The responsibilities include Providing operations support in core areas partnership with Corporate Services, enabling site growth, support for hiring, training integration efforts, support for Risks Controls, business continuity and other value-add programs for site Overall project governance and direction including development and monitoring of success criteria and measurement indicators and implementing course corrections as needed. Focus on project monitoring, control, team integration, change integration, and corrective action as needed - will involve programs of large scope, impact and complexity through all phases of the lifecycle. Managing interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. The person will have decision making authority at the program level. Setting direction for programs directly related to important business operations needs to meet strategic goals of significance. From the program perspective she/he will be the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. Using judgment and discretion to develop solutions, removing obstacles and redefining approaches as needed, assessing risks and identifying solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals while ensuring that quality standards and budget constraints are met. Ability to influence partner teams to impress upon them the importance of the programs and work through utilization of cross functional and cross team resources.QualificationsPreferably MBA - Industry experience of ~15 years with at least 7-8 years' experience in project/program and general management Business Acumen Broad understanding of the Intel India Business Units and their roadmap and linkage to the site/corporate roadmap. Requires advanced knowledge of a professional field and integrates the working knowledge of other professional disciplines. Influences the development of new strategies and concepts. Understands linkage between his/her role and the site/business units strategy key objectives Dealing with complex problems , ambiguity Pro-activeness Proactively identifies issues and looks at the problem and its root cause holistically, identifies process gaps, institutes long term and sustainable fixes; Demonstrated ability to lead highly matrixed, cross-organizational teams Exceptional attention to detail and tracking deliverables Ability to communicate and present at multiple levels including senior executives Strong team player with ability to influence diverse organizations to align behind common goals Tenacity and can-do attitude, willing to take informed risks in order to achieve desired program goals
