This is a role of a Development Manager for Money Market projects focused in AsiaPac region The person will be a hands on Development Manager as well a mentor the new India team.The person should have over 15 years of Oracle and Perl/Shell Programming experience.This person should have lead small teams of developers in developing big applications and supporting trading desks.The person should be able to performs multiple roles of Project Management, Development Management, Support Management and development.Preferably, this person needs to have strong Money Market knowledge and expertise in Finacle Treasury application.This person will report into the Global IT head for Money MarketsYou OfferBachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a Reputed UniversityAtleast 15 years of experience with Unix/Shell/Perl programming and in working with Oracle DB using PL-SQL5 Years of Development Manager experience with a reputed Investment Bank5+ years of Java experience on enterprise/Beans platform is highly desirableVery good communication skills is paramount. Being able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with traders and users at various levels is very importantAt least five years of support of a trading or other mission critical application is required.Being familiar with Money Market concepts and/or Finacle Treasury system is very desirable but not required
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 15-20
