Manage a team thats responsible for Define, implement and deployments of the Enterprise Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS), and Oracle R11i EBS instancesWell experience in managing end to end monthly and quarterly releasesExcellent track record in supporting business stakeholders successfullyDefine, implement processes using industry standard practices around change management processesExperience in Project Planning and Release Planning using tools like MS ProjectPartner with team leaders/members for each of the deployed businesses to ensure alignment and engagement with application support model, and ensuring expectations are managed and met/exceeded Work with all the team leaders to ensure seamless services from the end users perspective Align team and individual goals and manage performance to those goals. Use metrics for measuring progress, and regularly communicating to stakeholdersAssist with business process re-engineering utilizing best business practices supported by Oracle e-Business Suite in the area of application support to improve productivity and customer interaction Plan activities for defining, implementationand deployments of Enterprise R12 EBS to ensure a smooth transition from post-implementation stabilizationDrive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards. Focus on continuous improvement actions that result in a more reliable system and more efficient support processes Ensure alignment with the PMO to follow common processes, methodology and framework for implementation, stabilization and transition to supportProvide project management leveraging the PMO when necessaryProvide performance feedback on ongoing basis to individuals on the team and other application support functional team leaders Qualifications Qualified candidates will be motivational thought leaders, driven individuals, and possess exceptional business acumen, coupled with strong working knowledge of ERP solutions & implementations 5-10 years of implementation experience with the Oracle e-Business Suite (preferably R12)Experience should have included business process re-engineering utilizing best business practices and full implementation system life cycle experience Diligent attention to detail, processes and quality of outputsAbility to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing prioritiesStrong facilitation and negotiation skills across matrixed organizations Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an accelerated timeframeWorks well under pressure and can resolve complex problems Works in a collaborative fashion, elevates team results over individual resultsEffective personal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and lead cross-functional teams Strong commitment to adhere to project management disciplinesEffective communication skills (both oral and written) Previous management experience is a plus
