Job Details

Provides first line process support for end users, ensures assignment to applications according to process needs. Executes competence development and assessment in own process area. Creates and maintains training materials as per requirements. Supports actions to control and assures performance and key performance indicators (KPI) in right track.. Negotiates and discusses openly process and solution improvements in order to properly understand and takes into consideration impacts in own organization and in others and/or stakeholders before proceeding with any improvement request. Co-operates with T2 to validate and approve workarounds in own responsibility area affecting cost & resource as well as operational model. Acts as contact point towards the relevant business through the 2nd tier support or projects involved. Ensures that system solution is validated for their own scope (User Acceptance testing in Quality system, feedback). Supports project validation and triggers needed defects for follow-up by T2 during User Acceptance testing. Creates and maintains instructions and documents of processes in own responsibility area. Executes tier 0 (end user) trainings . Supports the go-live activities in own area of responsibility. Contributes in handover session (PM5).The required profile for this role isAny graduate with 4 - 14 years of experienceHands-on experience in SAP, Order Management, Transactions, Navigations
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 4-9
