1) Capacity & order management (for all daily orders, mock up and replacement order, and project headsup), especially forall Mock-up projects to ensure that they are delivered on time with high quality. all large projects, to make sure that project head-ups and pre-order take-off and project installation and deliveries requirements can be communicated well within the operation.Get update info from sales teams regarding site condition for better production cap planning (e.g. site delay, super urgent order etc)2) Work closely with GBC OM team for all order entry, releasing, and delivery process to ensure that any exceptions can be identified & processed. 3) Update of slow moving materials to sales & marketing teams4) Regular meeting with sales teams on mock up, project headsup and large order delivery progress update Task Profile ( Individual duties, assignments and responsibilities required of the position)Your role, which covers finished products and intercompany parts manufactured in Asia Pacific, involves liaising with internal teams and manufacturing facilities for the purposes of scheduling orders and reporting. In all aspects, ensure adherence to company's policies and practices. 1. Dispatch orders based on defined work centre and installed capacity. When necessary, work with the manufacturing facilities to meet the customer requested date. Release ex factory dates to internal teams according to an agreed time.2. In maintaining capacity loading graphs, ensure timely and accurate updates of order information, installed capacity and short term forecast. On regular basis, release the graphs to manufacturing facilities for review. 3. Other than compiling long term forecast, engage actively in compiling relevant short term forecast information by working with various internal parties systematically4. Liaise with manufacturing plants and publish lead time information to sales offices and dealers on a weekly basis. 5. Execute process on heads up request which involves retrieving information from SAP & CRM, and seeking information from various internal parties before determining lead time6. Involve in schedule improvement activities by managing the capacity of the manufacturing facilities, swapping of orders and offering alternatives. 7. Hold regular meetings with manufacturing facilities to raise and resolve issues pertaining to possible and current orders.8. Produce reports on regular basis for purposes of analysis and improvements. In addition, prepare charge out report for Finance to charge accordingly
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 4-5
