Communicates complex ideas/insights in a way that all are able to understand and applyFamiliarity with content as a marketing tool is desirableFamiliarity of changing landscape of insights and consumers with advent of digital and data/technology orientation towards new tools and techniques (social, search, behavioral) to better understand consumers, formulate insights and guide actionsIdentify opportunities on client business that can benefit from data & analytics develop parallel stream of conversations and potential business from client for Mindshare. What you will need10+ years experiencePrior work experience in or exposure to FMCG industry working in the areas of Marketing, Brand Planning, Research, ConsultingSelf-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and drives for business results with urgencyStrong in both qualitative and quantitative analysisStrong written and oral communication skillsAble to design, implement, and analyze primary consumer research with minimal supervisionMBA or Master s degree in Marketing / Social Sciences strongly preferredWillingness to travel.
