Job Details

Plan his daily route and customers visits to ensure effective coverage and time management Promotes sells and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship based approach Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of the products and services to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting the best suitable solution for their needs Regularly visit new customers and build an excellent business relationship with them to enhance the parts business Prepare and deliver quotations for his customers Effectively follow up on unfulfilled quotations with the customers to convert these to customer orders Receive and process customer orders Coordinate sales efforts with management accountants logistics and technical service departments Ensure the achievement of sales targets and goals Approach and follow up with customers on their outstanding accounts Participate in perpetual and annual physical inventory of all related parts and ensure and maintain a high level of accuracy Maximizes the opportunities of all discount programs Maintain company supplied assets in good working order Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs problems and competitive activities Provide management with market information and behaviorsEnsure adherence to all company policies and procedures Qualifications and Skills At least 5 years working experience as an outdoor Parts Salesman preferably within the automotive or heavy construction equipmentPositive Attitude Ethics and International Values and a healthy high performance culture Preferred truck heavy construction equipment or automotive parts industry sales experience Team player with broad business interest and perspective Ability to apply education and experience as a problem solver Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills especially related to the organization and oral presentation of analytically complex information Proficient in the Arabic and English language written and oral Computer literacy Microsoft applications and ERP system Outgoing self motivated and an energy provider Must be able to work both independently and within a team
