Reporting to (Organogram of the Company)Group Brand Manager/ RBM/ ABM Indicate parallel position(s) (explain inter- relationships from the point of view of how each position would add value to or derive value from significant organization relationships) BM or BE handling Light House programRole & responsibility This is predominantly a field focused role where he is warranted to coordinate and control patient support activities. However, in view of certain patient analytics which this position is required to undertake to effectively facilitate continuity of sales, patient support & other marketing initiatives required from time to time, the incumbent would also be required to work from office and deliver the followingsAll PSCs monthly reports Monthly monitoring and analysis of PSC reportsDetails to be captured # of patients enrolled on PBL brand, # of patients contacted, # of patients met, # of Patients enrolled in Light HouseCoordination for Drug delivery (Panacea medicine)TRFs Patient and doctor wise analysisNumber of patients availing TDM doctor wiseNumber of Levels (expense) patient wise & labs wiseCity wise consumption patternLab wise expenditurePatients & levels observation/ analysisShift of levels from one lab to other & cost implication post shift of labs for levelsLighthouse enrolments and drop out for coordination for same with respective team matesMeasurement Criteria Number of patients enrolments on PBL brands & in Light HouseTRFs SOP execution especially for TDM expensesHow, each case would ascertain that the candidate has been successful in one, two, three yearsNumber of patients enrolments in Light House Rationalization of TDM expensesCritical Deliverablesa. Coordination with PSCsb.
