PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following Enable functionality on RealPage products to include Payments, Propertyware ePay, Stand Alone Payments, Resident Direct, FTNI, Tel-IVR and eMoney Review client documents ensuring they are completed accurately and in accordance with departmental policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications prior to starting implementation Supplies ordering for the entire Payments departmentHardware order requests and maintenance with the vendor Organize and maintain all files upon receipt of new and completed ordersEnsure all product orders are completed accurately Review and update client bank information to ensure changes are accurately made at vendor levelsContribute to improving processes that will improve implementation quality and client satisfaction Audit transaction limit settings for payment processing Monitor and report trends with issues to managementProvide weekly reporting to management, as requested Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal staffManage tasks to meet the assigned dates Assign issues in a timely manner to the appropriate teams, as needed Assist the department with assigned projects on an as needed basisMay be required to perform other duties as assignedREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Bachelors Degree highly preferred or equivalent experience Knowledge of the card industry and VISA/MasterCard regulations Strong problem solving skills and sound decision making abilities are required Ability to work well with team member throughout the entire organization. Must also be able to work with various business partners Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to accurately complete various product-related projects in a timely manner Critical thinking and analytical skills Proficient knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel Ability to thrive in a fast pace, constantly changing environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and timeline simultaneously Ability to work independently Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet deliverables
