Role need to drive functional excellence leveraging Lean and Six sigma tools and delivery payroll goal of 100% net pay accuracy.Operations and People Management1. Drive and own payroll delivery responsibility e2e from payroll Global Delivery Team (GDT).2. Ensure operation governance process are well represented and adhered.3. HOS principle are well embedded into operation.4.Supervise Managers / Assistant Managers as direct reports.5. Ensure that the hiring process is completed by working very closely with the HR Recruitment focal for new additions, Sales Inventory Operations Process (SIOP) reviews.6. Ensure that Monthly evaluation System for team members are conducted on time in an objective and unbiased manner7. Primary Appraiser in Honeywell Performance Development (HPD) for the Managers and secondary appraiser for AM within that unit. 8. Participate in HPD and Global Compensation Planning (GCP) process as per role. Ensure quality HPD process and continuous feedback. GCP should reinforce pay for performance. Review & calibrate the 9 Block numbers at the PS Team level.9. Attrition management & Early Warning Signal tracking and ensure actions plans are in place for high risk employees.10.Career development and grooming of Extended Leadership potential in the team aligned to Management Resource Review plans, Coaching and Mentoring as part of role. IDP and Training plan completion of team. Enable year on year competency maturity tracked through competency profiling. 11.Build on succession pipeline for key roles. Enable rotation of employees across PS teams.Train on process, behaviors as per requirement. 12. Conduct Rewards and Recognition adhering to rewards criteria and impacting employee motivation. Drive an appreciation culture within teams.13.Conduct & ensure effectiveness of monthly 11, Skips, Leadership Gemba, Tier meetings within the team.14. Review of people practices in team to enable common standard and resolution of issues. Review ofManagement Resource Review, Honeywell Performance Development,Global Compensation Planning, R&R with Director & HR.15.Drive Code of Conduct adherence within team and role model leadership behaviors for a positive work environment.Stake Holder Management1.Interact with stake holders, specifically regional leads, at least monthly, to identify operational issues and take corrective actions.2. Build strong relationships with the clients / stakeholders .3. Build and adhere to a MOS structure with clients .4. Regular Operations Performance Reviews and corrective actions5. Understand Client Business key priorities / Strategic Plans/ Annual Operation Plans and align to them.6. Build strong Business Acumen / understanding of the Client business7. escalation management Project and Change management1. Ensure M&A projects, Business projects and Operations projects are adhere to time lines.2. Ensure System and process configuration are in line with HUE principle.3. Change Management within GDT , HRS and Stake holder are monitored and owned.4. Productivity is driven as part of all project implementation.5. Ensure NPA is not impacted.6. Govern and adhere to Project budget.Qualifications1. Graduate2. Have comprehensive payroll experience in multiple payroll models.( out source & In house)3. Minimum 10 years of exposure within a Global environment. 4. Real expertise in influencing various teams (multi cultural, multi location, remotely ) 5. Management of complex payroll (split salary, expat, shadow payroll, stocks ) 6. Six Sigma and Lean knowledge7. Fluent in English
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
