PURPOSE OF FUNCTION It will support IKEA in achieving the business objectives To be the leader in life at home Growth and sustained long-term profitability A better IKEA.This shall happen by Working in partnership with all business functions Ensuring the appropriate HR processes and tools are implemented Actively contributing to the growth of business through people.PURPOSE OF JOBProvide expert knowledge within compensation and benefits with special emphasis on Payroll.Working closely together with Unit (Store) HR to establish and share best practice.Be the C&B expert, responsible for supporting the Unit, ensuring that all co-worker s are fully supported and have a positive experience with their salary, benefit and overall responsibility for Total Rewards.Together with the SSC deliver accurate and efficient administrative support for both our co-workers and external suppliers.ASSIGNMENTPayrollEnsure timely and accurate salary calculation and payment for both Expat Employees & local co-workers of IKEA India.Keep IKEA's payroll-and-relative operations legally compliant and consistent.Managing stakeholder relationship between IKEA India and Shared Services centre in ShanghaiMaster the payroll system and ensure data in the system is accurate and updated. Compensation and BenefitsEnsure the consistent delivery of an efficient, timely and accurate administration forall compensation and benefit related matters, including any queries/issues handling.Responsible for supporting and advising all payroll related queries for all co-workers.Understand the IKEA internal C&B system for both Expat Employees and local co-workers.Ensure both mandatory social benefits and IKEA internal benefits are administrated in a right and timely manner.Ensure all data held is legally compliant, reconciles to 3rd party database and is audited on a regular basis.Assist India C&B Manager to participate in compensation and benefits survey annually.Develop working relationship with external service providers / consultants for C&B.Support compensation and benefits manager with annual and monthly reporting.Support C&B Manager to continually develop processes securing process and cost efficiency.Support our ambition in achieving IKEA as a Great Place to Work, where appropriate provide information to internal communications to share with all our co-workers. Updating various information sources with benefit information to ensure it is current. CommunicationBe the liaison with HR Contact of Business Unit for payroll related events and issues.Communicate payroll related information to all IKEA India co-workers and Transferred Employees under necessary condition.Communicate with local vender for necessary information exchange.
