We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven People Insights Lead with 5-7 years of experience within analytics.The Data Governance and Business Intelligence team supports HR and the Firm in the management of HR data and reporting, and in the continued development of strategy through insights derived from analysis.The team provides technical expertise, advice and support to a variety of crucial Firmwide processes related to recruitment, diversity, retention, advancement and development. The People Insights Lead will work closely with the Business Intelligence team and with clients to develop and define opportunities and risks. Through application of advanced analytics and visualization, this person will identify insights and aid in the development of compelling story telling to make strategic recommendations to senior HR management. Duties Develop recommendations that inform business and HR decision-making. Consult with HR and business leaders to identify business problems, risks and opportunities. Define appropriate approaches and solve problems through rigorous analytic techniques that may include machine learning, text mining, process mining, network analysis, and data visualization Develop clear and compelling storylines, accompanying visualizations, and recommendations Support HR reporting and analytics technology administration and tool management Collaborate with HR reporting and analytics teams globally to streamline, update and administer reporting and analytics definitions, processes and best practices Own and update HR reporting and analytics documentation as required (includes metric/variable dictionary, quality assurances procedures, and known/outstanding issues) Assist with technology implementations, releases and upgrades, including project planning and creating and executing on testing documents QUALIFICATIONSRequired Technical and Professional Expertise Masters or Ph.D. preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in computational tools such as Python, R, SPSS, SQL and a strong understanding of applied statistics theory Passion for empirical research and developing data-driven solutions to difficult business questions Skills in or familiarity with data cleaning, natural language processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, visualization, network analysis, and distributed computing are a plus Familiarity with database concepts and structures Effective at communicating to leaders at all levels, including the ability to convey complex quantitative analyses clearly Strong project management skills, Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities 5-7 years professional experience in financial services or similar industry Preferred experience with HR data and/or knowledge of Human Resources processes and principles
Degree: MBA/ PGDM | Ph.D. (Doctorate)
