Job Details

Provide PeopleSoft production support to Core HR, Payroll and Compensation teams. Support includes issue analysis and resolution, table configuration, and mass data updatesConsults with HR onsite SME and staff to analyze business opportunities, working toward solutions and continuous improvementDevelop, maintain and support a variety of regular and ad-hoc PeopleSoft queriesTest PeopleSoft modifications/new functionality and document resultsServes as a key liaison with other internal stakeholders including HR, IT, Payroll, Compensation & BenefitsResponsible for the maintenance of HRIS System tables, data integrity, including system configuration, security administration.Responsible for managing HRIS knowledgebase system, Establish and maintain proactive processes and documentation to ensure content is kept current by working with functional subject matter experts.Executes test plans, test scripts, test conditions and provides primary support for user acceptance testing. Provides counsel and guidance to human resources users for integration testing and parallel testingProvide support to legacy HR applications which are built using MS-Access and VBA codingProvide analysis to data related issues by querying oracle backend (SQL queries)Responsible for managing HRIS knowledgebase system, Establish and maintain proactive processes and documentation to ensure content is kept current by working with functional subject matter experts.REQUIRED SKILLSA Bachelors degree in a technical or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in an HR business systems analysis role are required.Minimum of 3+ years experience supporting PeopleSoft core HR, Security and Compensation & Benefits administration. Experience must include table configuration and troubleshooting and resolving issuesMinimum of 3+ years experience developing PeopleSoft queries including a strong knowledge of all reporting/query toolsStrong understanding of HR processes (encompassing Security, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits) and HR related dataKnowledge of HR information technologies and ability to recommend changes or improvements to existing processes or systemsAbility to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple requests at once, while delivering accurate and timely resultsStrong customer service focusAbility to work as a team member, creating and maintaining effective working relationshipsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to identify and thoroughly analyze all inputs and outputs of a proposed solution to discover risks and propose mitigation strategies or configuration solutionsDemonstrated ability to grasp business requirements, gather related details (e.g., data, processes and people impacts) and propose business and/or technology solutions to fulfill requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organization skillsAbility to work well in a team environment with a strong sense of urgencyExperience with following query/reporting tools PeopleSoft query, Access, SQL, Query/Crystal reports.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 3-8
