Personal Assistant - The regions largest Marine Equipment Distributor operating across the GCC region is looking to hire a Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary for its General Manager / Responsibilities: - Arrange travel, visa and accommodation - Screen and handle phone calls, enquiries and requests - Meet and greet visitors - Organize diary and make appointments - Deal with incoming emails and other correspondences - Carry out research requests - Produce documents, reports and presentations - Coordinate with the office staff, suppliers and customers - Manage certain HR, purchasing, sales and finance related tasks - Carry out organizational and administrative tasks on behalf of the GM - Keep files on behalf of the GM / The successful applicant is expected to work in an active and demanding business environment, be extremely organized, have great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, cooperative personality and is expected to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality / Requirements are: - Minimum Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting / Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant for higher level management - Excellent computer skills - Specific training as a Personal Assistant is preferred - Please submit your resume to: -
