Establish standard and proceduresOrganize office operations and proceduresSupervise office StaffTake down dictation knowledge of shorthand an advantage Sending emails faxes Dealing with lot of cash transactions Composing emails faxes Attending Arranging telephone calls when required Domestic Staff Management like visas medical etc with assistance in the office Dealing with banks when necessary Maintaining various files Maintaining Petty Cash Ticketing Dealing with staff requirements Ensure filing systems are maintained up to dateDistribute work to the staff Qualifications Minimum knowledge of accounting a must Must be Indian National only
