NRI Relationship Manager is one of the key positions in the bank. An NRI RMis primarily responsible for providing financial solutions to meet therequirements of the NRI customers and ensure value added customer service.He/ she is responsible for increasing liabilities of relationship viabalances in accounts of existing NRI customers and enhancing customerprofitability by capturing larger share of Wallet. He/ She reviews theinflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively tracksNRI visits to India. NRI RM is expected to be in close contact with theexisting customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights onthe fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various productofferings. NRI RM also generates new sales leads for NRI customers throughreferals from existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats ofshipping companies, Overseas branches, etc. He/ She is also involved inincreasing customer engagement through cross - selling Investment Productslike Life Insurance, General Insurance, Gold Coins, etc. and other nonInvestment Products like Forex, Remittances, Loans, etc. to new andexisting customers.He/ She also updates bank's internal systems like the Lakshya tracker,Daily activity tracker - DAT and Customer Profiling, etc for accuratereporting and MIS.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
