• AED 10,000 - 12,000 Per Month

Charterhouse is working with a leading financial services organisation based in the heart of DIFC. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to hire a Personal / Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a 50/50 split of personal and corporate work and will suit a candidate that enjoys variety. On the corporate side, you will be responsible for full diary management, travel arrangements, taking minutes of meetings, processing expenses as well as producing reports and presentations. On the personal side, our client has a number of properties across Europe, U.S and Asia and you will be responsible for anything from organising the staff through to sourcing contractors and the coordination of renovations. In addition, you will also assist the wider family with matters such as visas, school fees and holiday bookings. The successful candidate should have a motivated and resourceful approach with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or at least 3 years supporting a C-level Executive. You should also hold a full valid driving license.
