Job Duties & Key ResponsibilitiesA. Secretarial Apply claims/expense on ESS on behalf of BHs. Maintain scheduling and event calendars. Reply to calls and emails on behalf of BHs Receive and send couriers on behalf of BHs. Coordinate team based work. Meet and Greet Visitors Research when needed. Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet. Send Daily Thought for the Day & Birthday Mailers to the Mortgages, LAS & PSBL Teams Setup Meetings and send out invites to all attendees Send reminders to team for commitments and tasks to be completed. Keep reminders and make Payments as appropriate Credit Card/Mobile/Insurance/Other MIS/Trackers Business MIS Daily MIS Travel Calendar MIS Other duties as assignedB. Administration Handle conference and meeting room bookings Organize Working Team Lunches and coordinate the payment through Finance Team Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system Perform photocopying and filing.C. Travel Coordination Assist in flight bookings, web check in Assist in Hotel/Guest House Bookings.
