The personnel are expected to run project/programs to deliver IT Projects in Core Banking space. Person should be able to work with stakeholders to build a delivering team.Key Accountabilities Owning the projects to deliver as per objectives and with-in agreed budget/schedule/quality.Work with hybrid team of vendor and DBS Manage contract/delivery in T&M/Managed Services modelDelivering Core Banking assignments using his/her banking expertize Overcoming any functional limitations but providing the most fit for purpose solutions.Job Duties & responsibilities Working with BA/Customers to ensure requirements are rightly captured and tracked for any change Managing delivery team with a working plan and against the KPIs shared with stakeholders as per agreed plan Delivering Projects/programs with-in budget/schedule/agreed quality KPIs Great People skills to build and manage performing team Strong communications skills and Strong Risk & Vendor Management Required Experience 1. Minimum 15 years of experience and out of which 7-8 years as PM/PgM in Banking industry preferably2 Good to have managed Finacle 10.x projects but not a constraint3. Performing at the highest level of in competencies like - 3 Should have in depth experience with interacting with business4 Ability to work with stakeholders to stretch his role in depth/width5 Should be well versed with Java/Oracle/Unix/SQL/AngularJS but not limited to6. Good to have worked on open source projects and worked with new technologies Cloud/Big Data etc.
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
