Key specific accountabilities.o To provide PMO support by working as integral member of the PMC PMO COE services.o Communication with leads on various issues, preparing reports as per requirement, missing time follow-up, mandatory training compliance, invoicing, due diligence on SOWs etc.o Support the PMO manager to drive & embed best practice processes effectively throughout the portfolio, programme or large project supporting quality, consistency and control.o Provide adequate support to drive data insight and publish periodic MI reports.o Guide & direct PMs within the agreed Governance framework, completing regular checks for all mandated and agreed documentation. Lead the completion of regular assurance reviews.o Provide metrics and consolidated reporting with own initiative on portfolio , programme and project MI within the SBU.Stakeholder management and leadership.Interaction / follow-up with PMs, DMs, staff based UK and other senior leaders is required. Hence, the candidate should have good communication skills. Decision making and problem solving.Very good analytical, problem solving and reporting skills are required. Must have hands on experience in creating various reports in MS Excel and should be able to create PowerPoint presentations. Should be a quick learner. Must be able to provide the data and reports quickly as required.
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
