Job Role Involves Content Writing for Press Releases in Print, Digital and Social Media space so as to drive and execute the Marketing Strategy at OTE for all its Brands and Franchisees. It also involves required support towards Digital and Social media presence of OTE as a Brand and its Franchisees Brands, in the Market place and required arenas. This is a role will support positioning of OTE Divisions/Departments for the internal customers (within OTE) to enhance employee enthusiasm and OTE Brand building. The achievement of Marketing strategy through Content development and positioning will be achieved through positioning of relevant text content for media (press releases, news and editorial stories), digital content (stories / posts / website content) & an internal newsletter, at the appropriate time.Job Responsibilities - The individual will be responsible for1. Press Releases (PR) & Communication Define and Deliver media visibility through unpaid PR in print, digital and allied media. Create written PRs and drive coverage; Author and Develop test drive activities and feature based articles for publishing in media.2. Newsletter / Communications Conceptualize, own and execute the Internal newsletter for OTE which would include content creation, positioning, coordination and managing web-based CMS etc..3. Websites & Digital Content- Responsible for creating and uploading content as well as driving engagement across various websites of OTE and its franchisees. Support content generation and development across social media digital platforms of OTE and its franchisees for Marketing and Brand Building and Visibility.4. Business Analyse the success of activities initiated and ensure alignment with marketing strategy to deliver value for business.Essential Job Skills Required -a. Must have indepth skills of writing for media, newspaper, magazines and editing and proofreading skills of the content developed. Must be able to visualize the impact of the writeup on the target audience and predict possible result to validate the same.b. Must have understanding of Automotive Products and Marketc. Must have worked in this Print media / Digital Media space in his current or past job rolesd. Must be hands on in developing and managing websites of reputed brands and content generation and engagement strategies.e. Must have worked in matrix type - cross functional teams.f. Must be hands on with digital PR and Digital content marketing.g. Must have skills to handle multiple requirements at the same time for ensuring parallel running of activities to support marketing agenda.h. Must be willing to take the stretch and deliver value to business and brand.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
