Strong understanding of Banking & Retail Domain, network architecture and securitySolid Information Technology background with good knowledge of Core Banking Solutions.Preferred to have exposure to C++, Java, Visual Basic, HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, and experience with .NetStrong understanding of current IT platforms used in Banking & RetailPrior experience with any Core Banking content authoring programs a huge plusTechnical knowledge of connectivity solutions for physical devicesProject Management experience would be an advantageKnowledge of bank branch processes would be a major advantageExperience in delivering training an advantageEXPERIENCE8+ years experience of working across India within a sales or strategic pre sales capacity in the enterprise market with proven and demonstrable success Experience developing connectivity solutions across software and hardwareCustomer focused behaviour, consultancy and presentation skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide consultancy for connectivity development to integrate Glory products into existing IT infrastructure for our clients Provide software solution and technical pre sales support to clients and business partners during pilot projectsRegularly facilitate and conduct technical workshops with clients to scope out requirements and technical design Interface for technical escalations between business partners and Glory Global technical support teams (after sales support)Conduct & document customer needs and infrastructure assessment Create pre and post customer business impact overviews and executive summariesConduct customer best practices consulting Work with customer project management teams and the Glory Project Manager to set expectations, coordinate time lines, and manage any proof of value projects for large scale roll-outs to minimize sales cycles for optimum customer impactMaintain on-going relationships with multiple contacts throughout clients organizations to ensure smooth delivery of technical solution. Effectively utilize internal resources to provide appropriate and timely support to our customers and prospects.Provide regular feedback to internal design and development groups for the purpose of product enhancement Take ownership of technical response within proposals and RFPs20 to 25% travel within geographic territory as required. Experience of the Retail & Banking software and hardware environment would be advantageous and an understanding of Retail Point of Sale Software platforms a plus.
