Support Business Development Heads, Verticals Heads and SBU Head in proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.Drive increase in contract value of deals, single source deals and a coordinated sales strategy.Drive deal closures for the BU and meet hunting revenue targets for the financial year.Drive content and solutions for transformation deals in the SBU. Bring the best for our company in front of the customer.Make demand generation outcome driven, drive new conversations in the market leverage key SBU solutions.Drive long term pipeline build by bridging the gap between Demand Generation, Hunting and Solutioning.Focus on the deal renewal database and establish a process to go after the same.Build a strong market advisory capability to influence market positioning and long term deal flows.Establish a strong support organization across Geos.Ensure adherence to Large Deal sales process.Lead and manage the Large Deal pursuit global teams. Nurture talent in the team and build a best in class team.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
