Job DescriptionProvide End to end sales supportLead RFT/RFI/RFP responses with appropriate solution working with various stakeholdersCollaborate with Sales teams Onsite & Offshore for END to END proposal management, Creation of proactive proposals working with sales teamSolution development Assist the sales team by defining solutions, preparing project collateral, overseeing solution development, etc.Strong Experience in end to end Bid Management in responding to opportunities across various towers and stakeholdersWork closely with Client partners to understand the client requirements and bring in organization capabilities to meet the requirementsExperience in preparing Case Studies, Proposal Templates & SOW Standardization and Marketing CollateralsBuild cost structure to derive pricing for proposalsParticipate in workshops / discussions to build appropriate solutions for client requirementsHands-on in managing Webinars, Events & Technical Conferences.Establish best practices for Sales/Presales processCo-ordinate with delivery, technology team to drive new solutionsCapacity to translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into readable and winning proposal.Establish best practices for Sales/Presales processCo-ordinate with delivery, technology team to drive new solutionsExpertise in Oracle BI is a mustLead new client opportunities through close involvement in establishing new operations teamsShould have Customer Handling ExperienceKnowledge of Oracle BI Suite preferable. Must have hands-on experience on Intelligence/Security Hands-on experience in DWH, ETL, Data marts, Analytics, Data Mining etc.Must be abreast of current happening and emerging trends in BI / DI domain e.g. In-Memory databases, Big Data Technologies & Predictive Analytics products from different vendors.Desired SkillsPresent business solutions & conduct product demosExcellent Presentation, Communication & Documentation Skills.Should be a fast learner and go getter should have experience of writing Proposals and responding to RFPs.Participated in Technical Pre-sales discussions in BI / DWH / ETL space and influenced customer through discussions and presentations.Experience7 to 10 years of Experience in Pre-sales role & Managing a team. Experience in Product management (Will be an added advantage)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 7-10
